Quantity

Strips of 100% Canadian beef are marinated, dusted with wheat flour and partially fried for convenience. Sauce is included that gives the dish a rich sweet ginger flavour. The ultimate comfort food and a Canadian favorite.Note: Deep fryer: Heat oil to 190C (375F). Place appropriate quantity of frozen beef strips in the fryer basket. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Until desired color and crisp is attained. Toss with sauce and serve. Conventional oven: Preheat to 205C (400F). Spread beef pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Toss with sauce and serve.
