Will smaller pack sizes be offered?

As Sysco North grows, we will be expanding to more familiar product lines and smaller sizes, stay tuned!

Why are items sold by the case?

Buying items by the case allows us to pass along maximum savings! On our webpage we have done the math to show you the per unit price for you to compare to your local store. We also recommend sharing orders between households to help maximize your savings.

How am I charged for items priced by weight?

We use average weight to estimate the cost displayed on the website you will be charged. Once the box is selected for your order, an adjustment will be made to account for the true weight of the product (eg. Meat). You will only be charged for what you receive, you may see a refund if actual weight was lower than the charged weight.

Ordering

Are there order minimums?

There are no order minimums!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed immediately and may not be eligible for modification or cancelation. If you need to modify or cancel your order please log in to your account, access your email confirmation, or call 1-855-450-5544.

Can I return something?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. For any product you are not satisfied with, please contact us so we can help make it right.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We are happy to provide customer service options that allow you to place your order by phone. Call us at 1-855-450-5544 from Sunday to Friday, between 10am and 7pm to order. Otherwise please place your order online.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?

You will receive a full refund if for some reason the product is out of stock at the time of shipping. You refund will occur on the same method of payment on which you made the purchase and may take a few days to be processed. Please note this is extremely rare. We do not offer substitutions.

How can I pay for my orders?

The preferred method of payment is by credit card, all major credit cards are accepted including WE VISA.

Will I be charged right away for my order?

Yes, you will be charged once you complete you order.  

Delivery

How does Delivery work?

Once orders are received at the airport in your community, you will receive a phone call. Be sure to head to the airport to pick up your order right away. (Home Delivery is currently not available in Deer Lake or North Spirit Lake First Nations)

How long will it take to get my order?

We have partnered with Perimeter Airlines to get your products from Winnipeg to you. You will receive it within 1-5 business days.

Why did I get parts of my order delivered on different days?

While we endeavor to ship all products together, it is possible that parts of orders may be shipped on different days. Perimeter flights will prioritize Perishable and Freezer products within 3 days, and Dry products within 5 days from drop off, based on aircraft capacity.

How do I track my order?

If you’d like to track your order more closely, please call Perimeter at 1-800-665-8986 so they can confirm the location of your order. Stay tuned for the ability to track your orders online.

There was an issue with my delivery, who do I contact?

For any issue relating to missing orders, damaged orders or late orders please contact Perimeter Airlines directly 1-800-665-8986. They are responsible for the product flow from Winnipeg to your door and will be able to address any issue you have. For product issues or questions, please contact Sysco North at sysco.north@sysco.ca or 1-855-450-5544.

Pricing

Is shipping free?

The cost of freight (or shipping) is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Is Nutrition North included in the price I see?

Yes, Nutrition North Subsidy is included in the retail you see on the website. You can see the Subsidy applied for each item under the retail price.

How are Tax Exemptions applied?

To have tax removed from your order, you must create an account. If you are eligible for tax exemption, tax can be removed by creating an account and providing your status card number.
