Dry Ribs are made from boneless visual lean Canadian Pork, marinated in a light garlic seasoning, dusted with wheat flour and partially fried for convenience. The result is a highly versatile tender product with a thin crunchy exterior. Perfect for gameday appetizers, a rib platter or a full meal when paired with your favorite sauce and vegetable.Note: Deep fryer: Heat oil to 190C (375F). Place appropriate quantity of frozen pork pieces in the fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Conventional oven: Preheat to 205C (400F). Spread frozen pork pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
