Fully cooked pork loin riblets, seasoned with a natural sea salt and pepper rub. The result is a tender product, full of flavour.Note: Deep fryer: Heat oil to 190�C (375�F). Place appropriate quantity of frozen Salt and Pepper Ribs in the fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes until desired color and crisp is attained. Conventional oven: Preheat to 220�C (425�F). Spread frozen ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
