What changes are you making to your prices?
We are separating the freight amount from the product price.
What does this mean?
Freight is now calculated at checkout, instead of being included in the price of each item. The freight amount will be calculated and shown at checkout before you submit your order.
Why is Sysco NORTH separating the freight amount from the product price?
One of the questions our customers ask all the time is “Does your price include freight?” We wanted to try something different by including freight in our price – we thought this would make the shopping experience easy. We can say this was not the best approach. This is why we are separating the freight from the price of each item - to display our prices in a format similar to what you are used to seeing from other online retailers.
